Hotel close to KL Sentral, so very convenient to reach the different sites or the airport. Comfortable bed and correct breakfast. Convenient luggage service.
Old-fashioned hotel, poorly soundproofed. There were cockroaches in the room.

The location was convenient - ease of access to Ymca. Loved that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station. All of the staff members were affable and helpful. I've booked guest room with a view and everything was really good.

Being close to the train station, the hotel was clean enough, pretty good for one or two nights to recover from the jet lag.
We had booked a room with a large double bed and a baby bed (I specify that the hotel had confirmed that they had a baby bed for us and that it would be free). We arrive around midnight after an exhausting trip with a one year old baby on our hands and receptionist tells us that we have a room with two twin beds and without a cot and that we will have to come back tomorrow at 9am to get another room with the equipment we asked for from France. Wifi very low

Geographical situation , comfort of the rooms and very varied breakfasts, in a pleasant room.
